How we do it
At Reinvigoration, we have developed a powerful and unique process improvement approach, based on Lean and Six Sigma. Both methodologies have their strengths and weaknesses and are highly complementary. Over the years, we have developed our own approach. We have taken the very best tools, techniques and concepts from each of these proven methodologies and organised them into a Change and Project Management framework. We call our methodology Reinvigorate Lean Sigma.
In this way, we are able to work with our clients to deliver breakthrough improvements to Customer Satisfaction and Efficiency whilst maintaining or improving Employee Satisfaction and morale.
We do this through building Reinvigorate Lean Sigma capability within our client’s organisations and supporting them to execute Reinvigorate projects. This is achieved through a combination of classroom training, coaching and on the job support provided by our Reinvigoration consultants who are all Black Belts in the Reinvigorate Lean Sigma approach.
