Reinvigoration™ Management Consultancy was founded on the principle that new life and vigor can be breathed into any business through a choice blend of the correct ‘thinking’ supported by the application of the right tools and techniques. The founding partners of Reinvigoration™ have spent many years studying and practicing their philosophy through which a multitude of conclusions have been drawn, some of which may cause contention amongst traditional improvement practitioners.
Our research findings and practical experiences of applying traditional techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, the Theory of Constraints and Systems Thinking within the service sector led us toward the belief that things needed to be done differently in service businesses to produce truly breakthrough results that would remain lasting and sustainable.
Our Reinvigoration™ approach is primarily a fusion of Lean and Systems Thinking methods and is unique in how it views all elements of any business as being interlinked. It seeks to manage and control the ripple effect felt by those other areas of the business ‘organism’ that are not directly impacted by the change. This is a systems view, a complex view that we simplify and ‘operationalise’.
Whilst our Reinvigoration™ approach is based around some sound guiding principles, we are firm believer’s that a one size fits all approach does not work, given that the nature and variety of customer demand in the service sector is significantly different to that in the manufacturing sector. As such we are pragmatic in our approach, in appreciating the uniqueness of your system we will tailor our Reinvigoration™ approach to your particular set of circumstances – our framework is not rigid – it has specifically been designed to offer flexibility accommodating both our client’s customers and people and business culture.
The aim at Reinvigoration™ is to not leave our clients with a pile of meaningless reports (generated by consultants hiding away behind laptops), instead we aim to engage with our clients, working with them to deploy practical step changes that can be embraced, understood and can continue to flourish many years after we have left.
